Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase & serial number, provided at the top of page 1 of this document.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, dependent upon your payment methods policies.

Warranty – Entitlements, Terms & Conditions

This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods purchased from, Retroberry Industries; hereafter referred to as Retroberry.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the

Warranty period

During the warranty period, Retroberry will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Retroberry will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Retroberry is 3 years (1095 days) from the date of purchase.

A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship
  • Modification

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us. Be sure to include the serial number provided on page one of this document. Without the serial number we cannot verify the authenticity of the product or your query. Then we can determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Data Protection

To protect your personal information we comply strictly with the UK Data Protection act of 1998 which follows the EU Data Protection Directive 1995. We also comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. We will be transitioning data protection to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation on 25 May 2018.

Nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty expressly implied by Retroberry or  by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit; and nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit Retroberry liability in respect of any:

  • Death or personal injury caused by Retroberries negligence;

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of Retroberry; or

  • Matter which it would be illegal or unlawful for Retroberry to exclude or limit, or to attempt or purport to exclude or limit, its liability.

If any provision of this website disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this website disclaimer.

Other parties

You accept that, as a limited liability entity, Retroberry has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against Retroberry employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website.

Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this website disclaimer will protect Retrberries employees and sub-contractors as well as Retroberry.

Reasonableness

By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable.
